三月廿九日回到故鄉宜蘭，在公視PeoPo公民記者地方聚會演講「公民新聞 從宜蘭出發」。我檢視宜蘭的社區媒體（如《噶瑪蘭》雜誌探討青果產銷問題）、報導文學（如《南方澳大戲院興亡史》）、口述歷史（如《阮阿公講ㄟ龜山島故事》、紀錄片（如「翻滾吧！男孩」）、行動筆記（如反六輕傳單），從中探尋具有草根性、實踐力的理念、題材、敘事手法，希望以此豐富公民新聞的內涵。
